Ira Mlawer Ira, an award-winning natural bodybuilder, knows a lot about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. A five-time Masters champion and four-time Open winner, Ira earned his WNBF pro card in 2006. He was the Men’s Overall Champion at the 2005 and 2006 INBF Revolution contests, winning Most Muscular at the 2005 show.
